A man who was sought for last month’s attempted homicide of another male was arrested by state police officers.
The state Attorney General’s office said the suspect was identified as Armando Rafael, aka Powi.
According to the agency the incident took place back on Sept. 12 in the Fraccionamiento Jazmines neighborhood.
The suspect allegedly caused injuries with a knife to a 21yearold man due to personal issues.
After a witness stopped the assault, the victim was transported to the General Hospital. The suspect was booked in Mexicali prison.
