A man who was sought for the attempted homicide of another individual reportedly occurred last month was indicted by a state judge, the Attorney General’s office said.

According to the authorities the suspect was identified as Luis Antonio Doe, aka Chino.

The suspect allegedly tried to kill a man on Sept. 5 in the Fraccionamiento Parajes de Oriente area.

The authorities said the victim, who was not identified, was sitting outside his Quencholac Avenue residence when the suspect shot him.

The victim was shot in the chest and transported to the General Hospital.

The suspect then fled.

The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison and gave prosecutors two months to close the investigation.
