A man who allegedly robbed a vehicle with a child inside was indicted by a state judge, the state Attorney General’s office said.
According to the authorities, Adrian, no age reported, was indicted for the March 24 carjacking case that occurred in the Valle de las Misiones area.
The police said the suspect was arrested after robbing a 2002 gray PT Cruiser where a two month old baby girl was inside.
The authorities said while the vehicle was on the suspect attempted to steal it. The owner tried to stop the theft but the suspect allegedly brandished a firearm.
The suspect fled and left the baby in the Colonia Santo Niño area. After a chase the police were able to stop and arrest the suspect in the Huertas del Colorado area.
