A man and a woman were indicted by a state judge for omission of care after their 11-month daughter was diagnosed intoxicated with drugs.
The state Attorney General’s office said the suspects had been identified as Daniel Artemio and Karla Getsemaní, no ages reported.
The minor was taken to the General Hospital on Oct. 1.
The couple told the police that the minor was seen sick in their Fraccionamiento Parajes de Puebla neighborhood home. The minor presumably ingested a small amount of an undisclosed drug.
