Three doctors with the Mexican agency in charge of providing healthcare services to federal public employees were indicted by a judge for homicide.

The Mexican Attorney General’s office said the judge decided to give prosecutors three months to close the investigation.

According to the agency a man filed a complaint after his pregnant wife died in the Mexicali hospital. The baby also died. The homicide case was declared as aggravated due to profesional malpractice.
