A fourth man who was allegedly involved in a September attempted murder was indicted by a state judge, the state Attorney General’s office said.

The authorities said a judge indicted Ricardo Yair, aka Tambito, for homicide attempt, injuries and robbery for  the Sept. 25 homicide of a Colonia Vista del Valle resident.

According to the agency the suspect and three individuals arrived at the scene on a Nissan Sentra.

The suspects presumably asked the victim for cash. The victim produced only 100 pesos or about $5.

The suspects then got annoyed and shot at the victim.

The judge decided to keep the man in prison during trial and gave prosecutors three months for investigation. The agency said a judge previously indicted the three other suspects.
