Another bank customer was robbed in Mexicali Wednesday evening, according to media reports.
The incident took place in the Colonia Vicente Guerrero neighborhood.
According to the report, the 26-year-old male victim was approached close to his home by a suspect and brandished a knife.
The victim was forced to turn 17,000 peso or about $850 that were previously withdrawn from an automated teller machine.
According to the report the suspect fled from the scene.
Police officers arrived at the scene about 5 p.m.
The victim told the authorities the suspect allegedly followed him from the bank to his residence. This is the fourth bank customer robbed in less than a week, Televisa said.
