A man who was allegedly involved in a Nov. 25 murder was arrested by state police officers.

The Attorney General’s office said Miguel Osvaldo, aka “Vago,” was apprehended for the outstanding arrest warrant for the homicide of Iván de Jesús Reyes Méndez, 32, in Colonia Carranza.

The authorities said a report about a shooting was reported on Nov. 25 to the emergency center.

The victim succumbed to the shooting injuries in the General Hospital.

According to the authorities, the suspect and the victim, who were brothers-in-law, had had issues in the past.

The agency said the suspect arrived at the victim’s home and shot at him. The suspect fled from the scene.
