A man who was accused of allegedly killing a water vending store was indicted by a state judge, the state Attorney General’s office said.

According to the authorities Paulino, whose age was not disclosed, allegedly took part in the murder of Sergio, 39, March 9.

The suspect and another individual arrived at the Cetys Avenue business on a motorcycle.

One of the suspects presumably shot at the victim.

The police found Paulino after the homicide. The suspect decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial and gave detectives four months to close the investigation.
