A man who had an outstanding arrest warrant for homicide was apprehended by state police officers.

The state Attorney General’s office said Julio Cesar, aka “Hirules,” was arrested in Nicolas Bravo Street in the rural town of Guadalupe Victoria.

The individual was allegedly involved in the Dec. 2018 shooting murder of an individual.

According to the authorities the suspect allegedly arrived at the scene and shot at the victim.

The suspect then fled from the scene.

The murder was caused by issues between the victim and the suspect. The suspect was booked in Mexicali Prison.
