Mexicali Taekwondo fighter Leslie Soltero has won gold in the Junior Pan American Games held in Cali, Colombia.
Soltero defeated Peruvian rival Eliana Vazquez in the 67 kilograms division finals.
The local fighter also qualified to the Pan American Games of 2023. Soltero was the third Mexican fighter to get gold in the games.
