Two men were arrested by state police officers Tuesday evening after allegedly abducted a victim outside a seafood restaurant.

According to the state Department of Public Safety the incident was reported at 6 p.m. outside restaurant “El Guaynos” in the Fraccionamiento Villa Bonita area.

Police officers arrived at the Carranza Boulevard eatery and were told by the victim’s wife that two armed individuals forced her husband to enter a gray Nissan Versa with California plates.

The suspects fled westbound with the victim.

Victim relatives chased the suspects and police agents were able to find the individuals.

The police arrested Mercedes and Roman. The suspects were transported to the state Attorney General’s office.
