A man who has been accused of sexually abusing a woman after leaving a local bar has been indicted by a state judge, the Attorney General’s office said.
According to the authorities, Miguel Angel Doe, 40, was accused by the female victim after leaving a hotel where the sexual abuse took place.
The agency said on Nov. 19 the suspect presumably took the victim against her will into his vehicle from a bar parking lot.
Then, the couple arrived in a hotel, where the victim fainted.
Upon leaving the hotel the couple was detained by the police. The victim then reported the case to the authorities.
The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial and gave detectives three months to close the investigation.
