A man who was arrested for the shooting of two individuals was indicted by a state judge.

The Attorney General’s office said a judge indicted Heriberto, no age reported, for the July 10 attempted homicide of two men in Ejido Nuevo León rural town.

The suspect allegedly shot the victims of 32 and 30 years of age.

The younger victim was transported to a Mexican Institute of Social Security reported hospital and the second victim to the General Hospital.

The judge decided to keep the suspects in prison during trial and gave detectives two months to close the investigation.
