A man who was allegedly involved in the June 2020 murder of another individual was indicted by a state judge, the Attorney General’s office said.

The suspect was identified as Eduardo Doe, aka Ivan.

According to the agency, the suspect presumably shot to death a victim who was identified as Guillermo Obeso Cortez, 38.

The incident took place the night of June 21, 2020.

The agency said the victim was across an Aramiel Ave. residence in Fraccionamiento Valle de los Ángeles neighborhood.

The suspect was cruising by in a vehicle and allegedly shot the victim several times.

The victim succumbed to the injuries. The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial and gave prosecutors three months to close the investigation.
