A man who allegedly robbed a gas station last month was indicted by a state judge, the Attorney General’s office said.

The suspect was identified as Francisco Javier, no age reported.

The individual was indicted for robbery of an opened business, the agency said.

According to the authorities on Nov. 29 the suspect arrived on a motorcycle at the Tesoro gas station located in Colonia Gasca area.

The suspect then brandished a firearm and stole cash.

The suspect was eventually arrested. The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial.
