A man who allegedly took part in the Dec. 26 murder of a senior resident in Ejido Cuernavaca rural town was indicted by a state judge, the state Attorney General’s office said.
The judge indicted Miguel Angel Doe, aka Nopales, for the murder of Cruz Miranda Ojeda, 86.
The authorities said the victim died of head trauma caused with an object.
According to the agency the suspect and two other individuals arrived in the scene to. Commit a burglary.
The suspects assaulted the victim in the bedroom.
After seeing the victim had died, the suspects took several items and fled on the victim’s truck.
The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial and gave prosecutors two months to close the investigation.
