A 50-year-old man was kidnapped Tuesday in the Colonia Satélite area, according to media reports.

The incident was first notified to the authorities at 1 p.m. in a residence located at 1018 Niquel Avenue, La Voz newspaper reported.

The victim was identified as Julio Alonso Blanco Heredia.

According to the report a victim relative told the police several individuals first made a shot.

Then, the suspect forced the victim to get on board in a gray 2015 Toyota Camry with California plates.

Three more individuals arrived in another vehicle.

The suspects fled in both vehicles westbound.

The authorities found at the scene a 9 mm bullet casing, blood stains and a black cap, as well as a pair of sunglasses.

The police was unable to find the vehicles.
