A 31-year-old man and a teenager were arrested over the weekend after allegedly unsuccessfully shooting at a group of victims.
According to media reports the incident was notified to the police by the victims.
The police said while patrolling the area of Independencia Avenue by an event center at least one shot was heard.
Two individuals flagged the police and said the adult allegedly threatened them with a firearm.
Police officers inspected the adult suspect, who was identified as Jorge.
In the meantime the minor was seen while attempting to flee.
The teenager threw an object while fleeing the area.
Police agents found the object was a .45 caliber firearm loaded with four bullets. The police also found a bullet casing.
Both the adult and the minor were arrested.
