Two men were indicted by a state judge for their alleged involvement in a homicide attempt, the state Attorney General’s office said.

The authorities said the judge decided to keep Alfredo and Alonso in prison during trial.

Also, the judge gave detectives two months to close the investigation.

According to the report the suspects allegedly arrived in a Colonia Vista del Valle area home.

Upon exiting a Nissan Sentra, the suspects and two other individuals demanded 100 pesos or about $5 to the victim.

After seeing the victim gave them less money the suspects shot at the victim.
