Two men were shot to death Monday in a couple of separate incidents, according to police reports.

One of the incidents took place at 5 p.m. outside a store in the Colonia Santa Isabel area.

The victim was identified as Josué Antonio Lizárraga Salazar, 36.

The police were notified about an injured man in the intersection of Galaxia Avenue and Tierra Street.

Upon arrival, the police found the victim on the ground.

Red Cross paramedics declared the victim dead.

Witnesses told the police a short man who had his face covered arrived at the scene and asked the victim about the payment of a car.

The suspect then shot at the victim and fled southbound.

The second case was reported to the police at 9:14 p.m. in the Colonia Imperial area.

The police found a 2019 Dodge Ram with its lights on.

Upon approaching the vehicle the police observed two shots in the vehicle and the victim lying on the wheel drive.

Also, the victim had blood stains in the head.

Red Cross Paramedics declared the victim dead.

The victim was described as a 40-year-old man who was dressed on a gray t-shirt and blue denim jeans.
