For the second straight day Baja California authorities reported no new Covid-19 cases. The state reported no additional deaths.
Secretary of Public Health Adrian Medina said the achievement was reached thanks to the people and healthcare staff effort.
As of Monday evening, the state has 181 active cases, of which 26 are in Mexicali. Only one of these cases was connected to a ventilator.
At the same time, hospitalization rates were 9.73 percent in state hospitals and 4.76 in Mexican hospitals. Since the pandemic first hit Baja California the state’s capital city has 46,377 accumulated cases.
