No injuries were reported Saturday morning after a fire consumed six homes in the Lucerna area.

The incident was first reported at 3 a.m. close to the intersection of Bahia San Jorge Street and Jalisco Avenue.

At least three fire engines were deployed to the scene in order to contain the fire.

The homes were vacant, according to the reports.

For several hours, firefighters worked in order to extinguish the fire. The authorities had not disclosed the cause of the fire.
