Three individuals were separately indicted by state judges for their alleged involvement in sexual abuse cases, the state Attorney General’s office said.

According to the authorities, in the first case a judge indicted Damian, 41, after being arrested on May 14.

The individual allegedly inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl in the Fraccionamiento Villas Del Prado I area.

The victim was playing with some friends in a public way.

The judge decided to keep the suspect in prison during trial.

In a second case a judge indicted Jaciel, no age reported, for the Sept. 2020 incident.

According to the agency, the suspect presumably touched an eleven-year-old girl in the Colonia Union de Residentes Lázaro Cárdenas area.

In the third case a judge indicted for the Oct. 2018 sexual abuse case of a 10 years of age girl in the Valle del Pedregal area. The judge decided to keep the suspects in prison during trial and gave prosecutors two months to close the investigation.
