The donation of at least 1,400 Covid-19 vaccines for manufacturing plants was stopped after the state reactivated first dose vaccination.

La Crónica newspaper said several plants owned by American companies were interested in getting the vaccine.

Industry Chamber President Alberto Sanchez told the newspaper negotiations were ongoing with Customs and Border Protection and the Mexican Consulate to get the vaccines. However, State officials were able to obtain tens of thousands of vaccines.
