A woman reportedly shot to death her ex boyfriend who apparently trespassed into her home.

The incident was reported at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday in a residence located by Laguna de Zempoala Avenue in the unincorporated area of González Ortega.

The woman told the police her ex boyfriend trespassed into her property in order to steal a cell phone from another woman who is pregnant.

Upon arrival at the scene the police found the dead man and the firearm.

Red Cross paramedics confirmed the man’s death. The body was found right in the home’s entrance.
